| Israel’s foreign exchange reserves at the end of June 2010 stood at $63,096 million, a decline of $321 million from their level at the end of May 2010. |

| 1. A downward revaluation of the reserves of about $101 million; |
| 2. Government transfers abroad of about $155 million; |
| 3. Private sector transactions reducing the reserves by a total of about $65 million. |
