| On 14 March 2010 the Bank of Israel is holding a conference in the ICC Conference Center in Jerusalem for its entire staff. The conference is another stepping stone along the path of regenerating the Bank's organizational culture being promoted by the Director General, Mr. Hezi Kalo. The process incorporates defining the vision and the values that will guide the Bank in its activities and conduct in the future. |
| The objectives of the conference are: |

To make the staff more knowledgeable about the areas of activity and working methods of the different departments in the Bank following the structural reorganization, and to enhance integration within the Bank. |

To present the Bank's vision and values to the staff. |

To present the Bank's targets for 2010, including preparations for implementing the new Bank of Israel Law. |
| The conference plenum will be address by the Governor, the Director General, and the Governor of the Sveriges Riksbank, the central bank of Sweden, Mr. Stefan Ingves. Staff will then be addressed in parallel sessions by representatives of the different departments of the Bank. The conference will end with a panel, chaired by the Deputy Governor, with the participation of past senior officials of the Bank, who will discuss various issues in light of their experience in the Bank. |
