The Supervisor of Banks advised accordingly in discussions with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice and M.K Gafni. The Bank of Israel's position was expressed in the standpoint of the Ministry of Justice submitted to the Ministerial Committee on Legislation. |
